Adventure-inspired Leadership Programme

(Five days over 6-12 months)

This multi-day programme is designed for teams and leaders from business and education. It comprises facilitated sessions, established tools for personal development, talks and an outdoor adventure. Each programme is tailored to the client's needs following an initial meeting and seeks to:

  • develop the team's understanding of leadership & individual styles

  • increase social awareness and understanding of others

  • enhance the ability to flex behaviour appropriately

  • establish individual development goals

  • help develop a more cohesive team

The outdoor adventure helps to bring the structured learning to life. There are several activities to choose from, depending on the skill levels and needs of your team. The challenge is designed to take teams out of their comfort zone, help them support each other, improve decision making and encourage new ways of thinking.

Mountains, Motivations & Mindsets

(Two and a half days - minimum 10 participants)

Getting the best out of your team stems from each member gaining a high level of self-awareness and the belief that skills, talents and behaviours can be developed over time.

Ever wondered why people behave the way they do?
Can you identify your own personal drivers and motivations?
Have you considered that our strengths can actually be overdone?

This programme focuses on interpersonal relationships. Tori uses the Strength Deployment Inventory® (SDI), which is an established tool for improving relationships. It involves the completion of a structured questionnaire followed by facilitated workshops and outdoor experiences to explore the attributes and behaviours of your team.

It provides an insightful look at how our behaviour changes when things are going well, and when there is conflict or opposition. It will create a common language which can be used by team members to improve relationships in the workplace.

High-Performing Teams Masterclass

(Half day for up to 25 people)

Tori's masterclass inspires individuals to dispel limiting beliefs and push the boundaries of what they think they and their teams can achieve. Tori encourages delegates to become more self-aware about their interactions with others and identify areas for personal growth and improvement.

Using examples from her record-breaking challenges, Tori delivers an engaging and interactive session enabling learners to understand the key attributes of high performing teams. She demonstrates that high performing teams aim higher than others, adopting clearly defined roles and communicating with clarity and transparency.

This masterclass explores:
